The length of time it takes to complete your scan will depend on the size of the document and the number of other documents in the queue. Typically, it shouldn’t take more than a minute for your document to scan and for the results to show. If you find your document is taking a long time to scan, contact a member of our support team by either clicking the ‘live chat’ button at the top of the page or sending them a message here.
Once your scan is complete, you will be able to see the results by clicking the ‘view document’ button or going to the assignments tab, which is on the left-hand side of the screen.
